This foundational belief shapes our identity, inspires our mission, and guides our response to the realities of our world. It calls us to recognize the sacredness of every human life and to work for a society where all people can live with dignity, justice, compassion, and hope.

Our charism is rooted in God’s merciful love, revealed in Jesus the Good Shepherd, who sought out those who were lost, welcomed those on the margins, and restored hope and dignity to those in need. Drawn by His example, we are called to be a compassionate and reconciling presence in the world, especially among women, girls, children, and all who experience vulnerability, exclusion, injustice, and exploitation.

Through education, advocacy, social outreach, pastoral ministry, empowerment initiatives and accompaniment, we seek to uphold human dignity, and promote justice, peace, and inclusion. Together with our partners -in- mission, we work to create communities where each person is welcomed, valued, and enabled to flourish.

Our spirituality is grounded in the Gospel and nourished by prayer, the Eucharist, contemplation, and trust in God's providence. It is a spirituality of zeal, compassion, and reconciliation that calls us to stand with the vulnerable, accompany those on the margins, and bear witness to the transforming power of mercy in today's world.
